Welcome, visitor. Welcome to a forest where four Clans reside in constant competition, where loners and rogues struggle on the sidelines, where the strong are outmaneuvered by the weak and the brave make their own way through will alone. Welcome to a forest where StarClan does not speak, and no cat knows the reason for their silence. In a forest where nothing is certain, the only constant is the will of individuals to survive because every breath could be their last.

When the ancestors they vaunted went silent, there was confusion at first. Then there was panic and fear, unrest and blame. Moons passed without a word from the Clans' starry ancestors, and tensions rose until at last a bloodbath at Fourtrees put an end to the Gathering tradition. Thus began a period of silence between all the Clans of the forest—one which continues to stretch on with no end in sight.

Now StarClan has been silent for a full year, and chaos still reigns. ThunderClan and RiverClan are on the verge of war, and conflict within ShadowClan has split the Clan into two factions—the believers and the rebels. No cat hears from WindClan any more, as they keep to themselves and their so-called prophet, worshipping her in lieu of the ancestors who no-longer offer their guidance. As falling leaves herald the leaf-bare that is on its way, no cat knows what the coming moons will hold for the forest's four Clans.

	WINDSWEPT MOOR Most of WindClan’s territory is flat moorland. This wide expanse of golden grassland is empty for the most part, dotted with only a few sturdy trees and hardy shrubs. It may look barren to non-WindClan cats, but the natives know every rock and bush of it. There's more here than meets the eye.	No posts have been made on this board.
	OUTLOOK ROCK This large, flat, gray stone slopes steeply above the level moors. From here, it is possible to spot movement far across the grassland. WindClan apprentices are assigned here to test their alertness and guard-duty skills, and at least one cat is often watching from here.	No posts have been made on this board.
	ABANDONED BADGER SETT WindClan apprentices used to come here to learn the scent of badger, but the stale scent of the one that lived here has long since faded. Now the old tunnels are a great place for hunting rabbits, assuming a cat is quick enough to catch them before they go to ground.	No posts have been made on this board.
	RUBBLE FIELD - 1 Viewing In the far regions of WindClan's territory is a stretch of moorland littered with boulders and stones tumbled together in small piles. The footing here can be dangerous for the unwary, but of more concern are the rats that dwell amidst the stones in large numbers. Snakes can also be found here, attracted by the warm rocks and abundance of prey, so hunting here can be risky.	No posts have been made on this board.
	WINDCLAN GORGE Marking the dividing line between WindClan and RiverClan territories is a deep, sheer gorge. The vast rend was carved by a fast-flowing river, which still races at the bottom before slowing and broadening as it enters RiverClan lands. Some of the ground near the edge is unstable, so cats are advised to keep their distance if they don't want to plunge to their deaths.	No posts have been made on this board.
	THUNDERPATH A very dangerous place, the Thunderpath is a long stretch of black, smelly earth that lies on the edge of WindClan's territory. Monsters race along the path at all times of the day, although they are a rare sight during predawn hours. Once cats braved the deadly crossing each half-moon in order to reach Mothermouth, but few have bothered recently.	No posts have been made on this board.

Board Information & Statistics

WINDCLAN TERRITORY

WindClan's territory encompasses a broad expanse of flat moorland largely unmarred by an abundance of trees. The cats there live off of fleet-footed rabbits almost exclusively, which makes their territory largely untempting to other Clans and allows them to live in relative seclusion. They are divided from RiverClan by the gorge and from ShadowClan by the thunderpath.
