Welcome, visitor. Welcome to a forest where four Clans reside in constant competition, where loners and rogues struggle on the sidelines, where the strong are outmaneuvered by the weak and the brave make their own way through will alone. Welcome to a forest where StarClan does not speak, and no cat knows the reason for their silence. In a forest where nothing is certain, the only constant is the will of individuals to survive because every breath could be their last.

When the ancestors they vaunted went silent, there was confusion at first. Then there was panic and fear, unrest and blame. Moons passed without a word from the Clans' starry ancestors, and tensions rose until at last a bloodbath at Fourtrees put an end to the Gathering tradition. Thus began a period of silence between all the Clans of the forest—one which continues to stretch on with no end in sight.

Now StarClan has been silent for a full year, and chaos still reigns. ThunderClan and RiverClan are on the verge of war, and conflict within ShadowClan has split the Clan into two factions—the believers and the rebels. No cat hears from WindClan any more, as they keep to themselves and their so-called prophet, worshipping her in lieu of the ancestors who no-longer offer their guidance. As falling leaves herald the leaf-bare that is on its way, no cat knows what the coming moons will hold for the forest's four Clans.

	LEADER'S DEN The leader's den is tucked behind the Tallrock, the place from which she speaks to the Clan, and is sheltered by a thick tangle of gorse. Traditionally the leader sleeps outside with her warriors whenever weather permits, but lately she's been staying inside.	No posts have been made on this board.
	MEDICINE CAT'S DEN Tucked into a dip in the ravine, the medicine cat's den is sheltered by ferns to protect recovering cats. Herbs are tucked inside the shelter of an abandoned fox den dug into the slope, but the medicine cat sleeps amongst the ferns with his patients.	No posts have been made on this board.
	WARRIORS' DEN The warriors' den isn't often used, as the warriors like to sleep outdoors under the starlight. The actual den is made up of a dip in the ground with a ceiling of ferns and thorn bushes, but it is used only during periods of bad weather.	No posts have been made on this board.
	APPRENTICES' DEN Although most apprentices choose to sleep outside unless the weather is bad, training youth of WindClan have access to a small den sheltered by ferns, should they want to use it. The den is located near the warriors' den, to make it easy for mentors to call their apprentices for training.	No posts have been made on this board.
	NURSERY Large, spreading branches knit together to form a spacious and safe den where the nursing queens rear their kits. Located on the edge of the gorse wall, WindClan's nursery is close to the warriors' den so it can be protected quickly in case of attack.	No posts have been made on this board.
	ELDERS' DEN A long-abandoned badger's sett lined with dry moss and ferns is where the Clan elders rest their old bones. It is located on the edge of the gorse wall, protected from the wind and weather by dense, low-hanging branches.	No posts have been made on this board.

WINDCLAN CAMP

Tucked into a natural dip in the sandy moor, WindClan's camp is sheltered from the ever-present wind but has proved vulnerable to attack. Members of this Clan make up for the supposed weakness by keeping watchful and taking advantage of the open terrain of their territory, so that they always have ample warning before an enemy strikes.
